At MC2 Saint Barth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any item within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition with all tags attached.

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags and labels are intact, and include the printed return authorization form.

Ship the Items

Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier collection point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
